As a Private Association, owners and their guests, including renters, agree to follow the Rules of the Lake Arrowhead Property Owners Association, hereafter referred to as LAPOA. Failure to follow the Rules of LAPOA can result in being asked to leave the Association. Be advised that if you are asked to leave and refuse, the State Police will be called and you could be charged with Criminal Trespass.

Even thought we are a private association we must abide by all County, State & Federal laws.

Maximum Speed in the Campground is 5 MPH all other roads are 25 MPH

	Lake Rules are Posted at the Boat Launch
	Campground Rules are Posted in the Campground
	Pool Rules are Posted at the Pool
	LAPOA is a Family Friendly Association and excessive use of foul language will not be tolerated.

Trash must be taken to the dumpster located on Arenac Trail near green mailboxes building.
